Recipe for Monster Cookies
This recipe is from one of our staff members. It's so good, we wanted to share!
Monster Cookies
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
2 tsp soda
1/4 lb butter
1 c sugar
1/4 c vanilla
1 tsp corn syrup
12 oz peanut butter
4 1/2 c oatmeal
4 oz M&M's
4 oz chocolate chips
1 cup peanuts (optional.. we recommend leaving these out if your children have braces)
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Makes about 50 medium scoop cookies.
