These tips are extremly helpful. When I first got my retainer, I did not treat it correctly, and I ended up having to get another one fitted.

I think these tips are very helpful. Especially for people who just got their retainer and don't yet know how easy it is to loose, or damage a retainer. All people who are new to retainers should read this.

Ever since I've gotten braces, people have been telling me to make sure to wear the retainer. This is because the teeth will go back into shape if the retainer is not worn as directed.
